An interview was done recently on an agent who has taken her life in a different direction and written a novel about a couple who buys a fixer upper home and the story involved with it. There was something that struck me about the interview that was previously published in Realtor Mag Sept 2009, and I thought I would share it with you all..."We're willing to give up our home, no matter how many great years we've had in it, if we believe life will be better with a third bathroom.
